See the SFT Phase Monitor II in action! This brief video
demonstrates a cloud point and a dissolution in supercritical
carbon dioxide. A small amount of Naphthalene dissolved in SF CO2
changes from a clear to a cloudy solution as the pressure is
decreased below the point where the Naphthalene is soluble in the
SF CO2. Then the pressure is increased; The solution
becomes clear as the Naphthalene dissolves back into the SF CO2.
The PM2 video sample
should load automatically in the next few seconds.
