Supercritical Fluids Phase
Monitor - Editor's Choice
SFT Phase Monitor II is an analytical tool for determining the solubility of various compounds and mixtures of components in subcritical and supercritical fluids. It provides direct, visual observation of materials under conditions that may be controlled precisely by by the researcher. Experiments may be performed in liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide or in other compressed gases. Additionally, the effect of co-solution on the solubility of compounds of interest in supercritical carbon dioxide
can be investigated with this instrument.

SFE/SFR Processing System
The SFT-250 supercritical fluid extractions and reactions
(SFE/SFR) processing system performs extractions and runs reactions in a supercritical fluid media. The system was engineering to meet the day-to-day rigors of the research laboratory and can be used for small-scale pilot processing. It is simple to operate and easy to modify for evolving application needs. At the heart of the system is a stainless steel vessel capable of containing supercritical fluids at pressures up to 10,000 psi. It accommodates pressure vessels up to 4 liters in size. The large vessel enables the user to extract very low levels of key components from materials or process larger amounts of bulk material.

Processing System
for Supercritical Fluid Reactions
The SFT-250 system, designed to perform reactions in a supercritical fluid media, was engineered to meet the day-to-day rigors of the research lab and may be used for small scale pilot processing. It is easy to operate and modify for evolving applications. The system's high-pressure stainless steel vessel may be used to run reactions in a supercritical fluid at pressures up to 10,000
psi. It accommodates pressure vessels up to 4 liters in size. The reaction vessel has several ports for the introduction of reagents, reactive intermediates, or solvents. Additional ports can be included with the vessel to accommodate analytical probes for monitoring the process.
