Supercritical Fluid Technologies, Inc. (SFT), aided by Delaware’s Small Business Economic Development Office, obtained federal funding aimed at expanding international trade. Through the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) program, funding was made available to support SFT’s efforts to grow exports into the Canadian market. Services obtained through the program included assistance with necessary travel expenses and market research.
“Canada is an established market for SFTs traditional extractor and reactor products,” stated Kenneth Krewson, SFT’s VP of Sales and Marketing; “However, the emerging cannabis extraction industry in this country offers substantial new opportunities for us. Legalization of cannabis across the entire country opens a new opportunity for SFT because our extraction equipment is well suited to the market’s needs.”
SFT’s active participation in the STEP program demonstrates our continued commitment to expanding our export business.
