Supercritical Fluid Technologies, Inc. (SFT) has introduced a new and expanded line of high-pressure reactors for the chemical, polymer and pharmaceutical industries. These bench top reactors are highly versatile, ranging from 50 to 4,000 ml, and capable of operating at pressure up to 10,000 psi (68.9 MPa) and temperatures up to 350 oC in our standard offering. All reactors include variable speed mixing utilizing a high torque, magnetically coupled impeller.
HPR Series Reactors are ideal for early-stage research investigation through process development and refinement. Each reactor is custom built for your specific needs and may include a wide variety of options including special ports for sensors, optical windows, reagent introduction and product sampling. SFT offers these reactors in stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, and other special metals as required for your application. Integrated heating and cooling may be incorporated into any of our reactors. The reactors’ sturdy, anodized stainless steel frame is highly resistant to corrosion and discoloration
Our newly redesigned family of RxTrolTM Controllers provide the versatility you need, from basic control up to full data collecting and exporting. Depending upon the controller and sensors selected, the user can monitor key parameters including temperature, pressure, and mixing speed.
All of SFT’s equipment meets or exceeds ASME standards for safety, utilizing software and mechanical measures to prevent accidental over pressurization. We are UL and CE compliant.
